Ben Williams C.Psychol

Ben Williams has extensive experience in the design and delivery of innovative talent management interventions. Recently he has been working with major firms to effectively and sensitively manage downsizing initiatives and has developed a range of outplacement tools.

Ben is especially interested in the design of bespoke assessment tools that not only provide a valid and fair assessment but also reflect the client organisation’s culture and role content. He also gains great satisfaction from helping executives to plan their personal development in order to achieve their career objectives. Ben is an entertaining and knowledgeable trainer who is often specifically requested to return.

Ben has worked with a diverse client base including Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, SAB Miller, Tesco, RBS and the Learning and Skills Council. He has an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology (Surrey University) and an MA in Experimental Psychology (Oxford University). He is trained in all major psychometric instruments to BPS standards.

Shauna McVeigh C.Psychol

Shauna is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, who has been working in the field for the past 10 years.  Shauna started her career in the retail division of BAA working in both operational HR and Training roles.  Shauna then moved to SHL where she worked her way up from consultant to Executive level in the UK Consultancy Business.

Whilst at SHL, Shauna established herself as one of the key consultants who specialized in leadership assessment and development, heading up the Management Development practice. Shauna has worked with many clients including: Coca-Cola: Senior Manager coaching and Performance Management Workshop, Vodafone: Design , Management and Implementation of the Global Leadership Programme, Sony: Design, Management and Implementation of European Leadership Development Programme, American Express: Leadership Assessment and Coaching

Shauna’s approach to applying business psychology is practical and no-nonsense. She adopts a challenging style in combination with an empathic approach that ensures messages are landed, understood and acted upon.  Shauna prides herself on creating real change within organisations and in individuals, so that a lasting legacy is left.  Shauna creates partnerships where clients come back to her as they value her practical business solutions focused approach.

Ruth Sandford-Smith C. Psychol

Ruth has worked in the field of Occupational Psychology for over 10 years and specialises in the areas of Development, Assessment and Managing Diversity. She also delivers training for organisations in each of these areas, as well as in more general people management skills. She has worked for a wide range of private, public, and charitable sector organisations, and with a range of target groups, from graduate to senior management level. Ruth has undertaken a Certificate in Coaching and has worked with individuals in organisations helping them to develop and achieve their full potential. This has been undertaken using a combination of different approaches within a coaching framework, including: 360-degree feedback, development centre evidence, and psychometric tools.  Examples of clients Ruth has worked with include: British Gas, Cabinet Office, Carillion, Department for Education and Skills, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Hitachi, Learning and Skills Improvement Service, Ministry of Defence, Thales, and Working Links.
