Role: Assessment of individuals over a 6 month period into key roles in the Go-to-Market part of the organisation

Impact: New approach designed and signed-off by BT Leadership team, training of Senior Managers and successful implementation

Role: Design of a bespoke competency framework
Impact: New framework implemented and integrated into the Senior Management Team Leadership Development Program

Role: Role out of key Leadership Program designed to identifiy the key capabilities required to achieve success as a leader within BT and create options for how individuals can develop in these areas
Impact: Successful implementation of new Leadership Program and indentification of what leaders require in order to increase their competency level

Coaching:

Role: Launch of new internal Coaching process including full consultation design and launch. Subsequent management of internal coaching until suitable coaching lead identified
Impact: Reduce cost spent on external coaching, increased access to one to one coaching across all seniority levels

Organisation: Leading Mobile Provider
Role: Executive Coach to individual leaders
Impact: In-line with new Leadership Development Strategy

Outplacement:

Organisation: Penna
Role: Outplacement Services for clients of Penna, including Career Coaching, CV Preparation, Interview Skills and a variety of individual development requirements such as managing personal change and confidence building.
Impact: Successful transition of large number of clients from Redundancy to re-employment or equivalent successful outcome
