About the founder:
Natalie Holt Chartered Occupational Psychologist
Natalie Holt is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Qualified Coach.
She has over 10 years experience working with a variety of individuals and organisations from FTSE 100 Businesses to Government Departments. Natalie spent a number of years as a Management Consultant which involved Consultancy and operational delivery in HR and Development, prior to setting-up ShadowCoach in 2006.
Natalie brings a wealth of senior level experience of Assessment, Development and Coaching with companies such as O2, Barclays, the NHS, TMP Worldwide, Department for Work and Pensions, and BT.
Natalie has led a number of innovative programmes, 10 years ago that was the “radical” introduction of e-Learning, more recently she led the design, launch and implementation of the internal coaching model at BT (you can read about it in our news section).
Natalie has a Business Management and Psychology Degree (Leeds University), a Masters in Occupational Psychology (Hertfordshire University), is a Qualified Coach (Centre for Coaching, Middlesex University), is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), sits on the BPS’s Special Group for Coaching Psychology and holds certificates in Occupational Testing Level A & Level B.
Natalie lives in Harpenden in Hertfordshire, is married with one son.
